    Wine Club Membership Change Request

    Thank you for contacting us about your wine club membership. We can either cancel your membership completely, or temporarily suspend your account if you are traveling, moving, or simply need to take a break from receiving automatic wine shipments.

    Suspend My Membership

    While accounts are in "Suspended" status you may still take advantage of all club member benefits including, discounts on wine, complimentary tastings and tours and invitations to exclusive club only events. You will not receive your regularly scheduled club shipments during the time your account is suspended. Accounts may be suspended for up to 1 calendar year (2 consecutive seasons) and will automatically resume when Suspension date expires.

    If you wish to cancel permanently, we would greatly appreciate a brief explanation of your decision. We strive to ensure each club member is satisfied with their membership, please let us know how we could have improved your experience.

    Wine Club Membership Cancellation Policy
    All Imagery Winery wine club memberships are ongoing and will continue until cancelled as described below. By signing up for a Imagery Winery wine club, you authorize Imagery Winery (or its affiliates) to charge your credit card on an automatic, recurring basis for the costs of the wine club you have chosen to join as those costs are described at the time of sign up (as the same may be changed from time to time.) You may cancel your membership in any Imagery Winery wine club after receiving one season (Fall or Spring) of wine club selections by filling out and submitting the Wine Club Membership Change Request Form online or by sending us written notice of cancellation by (a) e-mail at wineclub@imagerywinery.com, (b) submitting your cancellation online at our website at www.imagerywinery.com/contact-us or (c) calling us at 800-989-8890 or (d) letter mailed to us at: Imagery Winery, 1883 London Ranch Road, Glen Ellen, California 95442, Attn: Wine Club Cancellation. Any cancellation will take effect immediately following our receipt of your cancellation. Please note, if your request to Suspend or Cancel your account is not made prior to the next billing cycle, additional fees may be incurred to cancel, reroute or return orders in progress. Please be sure to include your name, billing address and which club you chose to join that you now want to cancel your membership in when you write to us.
