We are incorporating new standards to prioritize the safety of our guests and employees. We have made some changes to our tasting experiences to ensure our guests and staff feel safe on our properties. Please see below for a list of FAQ we think might be helpful.

Are you open to the public?

Yes, we have appointments available Thursdays-Mondays. Club Members should request a Wine Club Seated Tasting, and guests should request the Seated Estate Tasting. Learn more on our Visit Us page.


Are you hosting indoor tastings?

While Sonoma County guidelines allow for limited Indoor Tastings, we are currently only open for Outdoor Seated Tastings and Tribute Tours to ensure the best visitor experience at this time.


What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation to avoid a no-show charge. If you have booked a reservation and do not show, we will charge the total price of your tasting. For Member Tastings, that will equate to $30 per booked guest. Please call our Guest Services team at (707) 935-3000 to cancel. Please note, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we cannot guarantee your appointment and you may be subject to a no-show charge.


Are you hosting outdoor tastings during rainy weather?

All tastings are hosted outdoors and will continue to operate during rain. Please note, dates and times may change during inclement weather and may result in cancellation. Please prepare for cooler temperatures by dressing warmly. To keep our guests comfortable we are providing covered tasting spaces and heaters, in addition to sanitized blankets and umbrellas upon request. Due to space restrictions, groups over 4 are subject to cancellations due to heavy rain or storms. Storms, lightning, and high winds may result in closing. We will do our best to judge the weather prior, but it is possible that we may have to invoke same day cancellations. In the case that we must close, curbside pick-ups will still be available 11am until 3:30pm at the winery.


How will I know my reservation has been booked?

If you are able to submit a reservation for a date and time on our website, that slot will be on hold for you until our Guest Services team is able to review, accept and officially book your tasting. Confirmation emails will be sent at 11:30 pm every night once the reservation is booked. You can also review the status of your reservation by logging in to your account and clicking on “My Reservations”.


Do you have new hours?

Yes, we are currently open Thursday- Monday. Before visiting, please book an appointment. You can do this on our Visit Us page.


What are you doing to disinfect between tastings?

Our wine bars and tables are being wiped down with disinfectant wipes each morning and after every tasting appointment throughout the day. There will be a mobile hand washing station available for guests. All doorknobs, light switches, sink faucet handles, and any other area that is commonly touched, will be cleaned with commercial disinfectant wipes multiple times a day. Guests will receive a branded non-breakable stemless wine glass with each tasting that they may take home with them.


Am I allowed to bring outside food or drink on property?

No, we are not currently allowing any outside food/drinks on property. We hope to resume picnicking once it is safe to do so.


Are children allowed?

No. We are currently not allowing anyone under 21 on property for health and safety reasons.


Are dogs allowed?

Dogs, including service dogs, are welcome on property, but must be kept on a leash at all times. During your tasting, they must be under or next to your table to ensure proper social distancing. If an owner fails to control their dog, a winery representative may ask them to leave.


Is the lawn open?

The lawn is currently closed to lawn games and Bocce Ball. We are offering Imagery Picnics by appointment only, learn more on the Visit Us page.


Do I have to wear a mask?

Yes, we ask that all guests arrive on property wearing a mask covering mouth and nose. You can remove your mask once you are seated at your table and wine service begins.


Will employees be wearing masks?

Yes, all our employees will be wearing a mask and will maintain 6 feet social distancing.


Are you still doing curbside pick-ups?

Yes, we will offer curbside pick-up from 11am-3:30pm Thursday through Monday (curbside pick-ups and tasting appointments will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday). Please call (707) 935-4515 to place an order or schedule a pick-up.
