We’re teaming up with Bay Area-based company, Truffle Shuffle, to provide a fun night making Lemon Ricotta Gnocchi with Brown Butter Sage Sauce. Join Jamie Benziger for a live cook-a-long class and tasting of award winning 2017 Sonoma County Barbera and the pre-release of 2019 White Burgundy! The live event will feature a former French Laundry chef teaching you step-by-step how to prepare handmade Gnocchi with lemon ricotta and sage brown butter sauce.
