	2002 Cabernet Sauvignon, Ash Creek Vineyard Cabernets from this vineyard are generous in both flavor and texture. The 2002 is an unusually supple wine and very ripe in style, with mouth-filling richness and flavors ranging from cedar and leather, to cassis and blackberry.
	2002 Zinfandel, Taylor Vineyard An outstanding Zinfandel from 100 year old vines. It is full bodied, intensely fruity (redolent of boysenberry, blackberry, and plum), smooth and long on the palate, and lightly oaky on the finish.

	1999 Rancho Salina Vineyard Claret Black currant and spice dominate with a hint of vanilla. Complex flavors balanced by chalky tannins and well-integrated oak provide this blend of classic Bordeaux varietals with structure to age for up to eight years with proper cellaring.
	2001 Sunny Slope Vineyard Merlot This single vineyard Merlot is a fleshy, firmly structured, concentrated wine, with outstanding depth of flavor. It has blueberry and dark plum fruitiness, against a backdrop of toasty, cedary oak. Its finish is very long and smooth, despite its evident tannin. Serve this Merlot with richly flavored dishes, such as beef Stroganoff, venison with chasseur sauce, or roast lamb (stuffed with garlic and herbs).
	2000 Taylor Vineyard Zinfandel This is a big, round, classic Zinfandel, showing plush black cherry, raspberry and flavors of bramble, dense structure and a lengthy oak and tannin finish. Drink now or cellar up to 5 years.

	1999 Ricci Chardonnay Notes of baked spiced apple, citrus and pear recall the vineyard while barrel aging imparted toast, vanilla and butter nuance. The wine has bright structure, a textured mouthfeel and a long, yeasty finish.
